Recently I started counting macros (carbs, protein & fats).  This involved taking in a substantial amount of protein, while limiting carbohydrates and fats   It can be hard to find a “treat” that fits your macros without taking a toll on your diet.  That’s why I was so excited to try Ideal Lean protein.

1 serving of Ideal Lean has just 80 calories and 20g of protein. And it has zero carbs or sugar. Say what?  That gets high marks from me.
I tried the cake batter flavor. As in birthday cake – it has sprinkles! There is also pina colada, French vanilla and Chocolate Brownie. Birthday cake is not just pretty too look at, but provides a nice base for whatever fruit you want to add. I used strawberries and it was delicious. Not too sweet, but filling.  Just look at those beautiful sprinkles!
